Lava bursts from new opening on La Palma’s volcano

Streams of lava flowed from a brand new opening on La Palma’s volcano on Sunday (November 28), because the eruption entered its tenth week.

Canary Islands Volcanological Institute (INVOLCAN) stated one new lava vent opened in a single day on the Cumbre Vieja volcano, as big clouds of smoke billowed into the sky.
