Registration for business lists for photovoltaic, insulation grants opens

Businesses interested in participating in grant schemes to promote the use of Renewable Energy Sources (RES) and Energy Saving (ES) can now register to be included in the list of participating vendors, according to the management committee of the Renewable Energy Fund and Energy Conservation.

Specifically, the Committee announced that two separate lists will be compiled:

The first is the List of Participating Vendors – Photovoltaics, for vendors undertaking investments in Categories A1, A2, and A3 of the Grant Scheme.

The second concerns the List of Participating Vendors – Insulation, for vendors implementing investments in Categories B1 and B2 of the Grant Scheme.

Registration for these lists is independent, as noted by the fund’s management committee, and each vendor can register for one or both lists.

Interested businesses must fill out the online pre-registration form for participating vendors, where they will provide contact details for publication in the lists and specify personnel/partners who will be given access to the system for submitting implementation updates of their client’s investments.

They must also send by mail the duly completed and signed participant vendor declaration and the vendor participation agreement as required by the Grant Scheme.

To avoid inconvenience and delays, businesses are advised to carefully study the Grant Scheme to understand its provisions and the obligations they will undertake as participating vendors.

They should also carefully review the vendor participation agreement they will sign to ensure they understand its content.

Finally, they are called to ensure that all required fields in the participant vendor declaration and the participation agreement are completed and signed as required.

Each business must submit a separate participant vendor declaration and participation agreement. Each legal entity is considered a separate business and must register separately, and caution is advised for subsidiaries/affiliated companies, which must also register separately and designate different users for system access. Submission of the aforementioned documents does not guarantee automatic registration in the lists. Registration will only be completed and businesses notified if the registration conditions are met.

The opportunity to register in the list of participating vendors will be available throughout the grant scheme.

Provided the necessary conditions are met, the committee will register the vendor in the list of participating vendors within one month.
