Strong earthquake measuring 5.4 on the Richter scale in Bosnia and Herzegovina

An earthquake measuring 5.4 on the Richter scale occurred in Zenica, Bosnia and Herzegovina, shortly after 22:40 (Cyprus time) on Saturday evening.

According to the European Mediterranean Seismological Institute, the focal depth of the earthquake was 9 kilometers, which is why it was particularly felt in many cities in the country, including Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

At present, there are no reports of injuries or major property damage.
