Audit Service sees issues in accumulating warrants

The Audit Service identified critical weaknesses within the mechanism for the gathering of warrants and the procedures for monitoring them and because of this the quantity that has not been collected to this point and which constitutes earnings of the State has multiplied within the final 10 years.
