The Ministry of Labour on Monday confirmed the early disbursement of pensions and allowances ahead of Christmas.
The initiative ensures that all relevant payments under the ministry’s jurisdiction are processed before the holiday season.
Specifically, special monthly allowances for December 2023, including the Christmas bonus and a semi-annual honorary allowance, from the Relief Fund for Sufferers, are set to be deposited in beneficiary accounts on December 11, 2023.
Also, regular pensions, special provisions for persons with Thalassemia, social pensions, and a supplementary increase in the institutional pension, along with the 13th salary, will be credited to the accounts of eligible individuals on December 14, 2023.
