Urban Conflicts is a series of events focused on current global issues, from a Glocal perspective: we watch an independent documentary and discuss the impact on Cyprus of refugees, racism, police violence, gentrification, squatting, and environmentalism.
Refugees from African and Middle East conflicts are now the largest waves of asylum seekers reaching Europe since WWII. Some have been granted asylum, but how is the life in Cyprus of those asylum seekers in limbo, or those whose applications were rejected?
