The abolition of entrance charges for 12 museums underneath the Division of Antiquities was authorized on Tuesday by the Council of Ministers.
The proposal was introduced by Transport, Communications and Works Yiannis Karousos and is included within the modification of the present Antiquities Rules which embody the abolition of entry charges for the 12 museums.
Karousos stated the free entry to the museums has been applied for practically a 12 months.
